Day of Coordinator Package $1,250
Our signature Day-Of Coordination package is designed to guide you seamlessly from the rehearsal to your wedding day. We’ll meet with you 3–4 times before your wedding to review details, create a custom timeline, and confirm plans with your vendors. On rehearsal day, we’ll direct your ceremony run-through so everyone knows exactly what to do. When the big day arrives, we’re on-site for up to 14 hours, ensuring every moment stays on schedule and every detail is handled — so you can relax and soak in the joy.

Partial Planning Package $2,250
Perfect for the couple who’s secured their dream venue but needs guidance pulling all the remaining pieces together. Our Partial Planning Package begins once your venue is booked and you’re ready for expert assistance with vendor selections, design details, and the logistics that bring it all to life. From curating trusted vendor recommendations to developing a cohesive design plan that reflects your unique love story, we’ll handle the coordination and communication that ensures your vision is beautifully executed.

Day of Decorator Package $600
You’ve poured your heart into gathering the perfect décor — now let us bring it to life. Our Day-Of Decorating service includes 2–3 planning meetings to review your vision, finalize layouts, and confirm every detail. On your wedding day, we handle the full setup, styling, and takedown so every piece is perfectly placed and your vision comes to life. You get to enjoy your day completely, knowing it will look exactly as you imagined.
